A brief history

Significant stages:

1991
The Group originated in Agrigento due to the dedication and will of the Moncada brothers and focuses its own core business in the field of building field.

1991/2000
The company developed competency in the building field and infrastructures, successfully completing jobs of the highest quality: housing and industrial estates, hydraulic systems, urban illumination and public road works. The completed work was done in accordance to the standards set by the management quality control system (the latest being UNI ENI SO9001). Over the last two years the company has began a process of diversification obtaining participation in a company which operates in the field of installation management systems of remote and video control.

2001
Following the liberalization of the Italian Electricity Market (Bersani decree) the company entered into yet another new sector, renewable energy from wind power farms optimizing its own professional and managerial skills.

2005
Production began on the first wind farm erected by the company situated on Monte Mele in the district of Agrigento and has an installed energy power 9,25 MW. Our first prototype of wind turbine generator of 750 KW using direct drive technology was entirely planned and built by the Sistemi Elettronici Company within Group.

2007
Four more wind farms, situated in the district of Agrigento, Monte Malvizzo, Monte Durrà, Monte Narbone and Altopiano Petrasi came into production and have an installed energy power to 96,05 MW.
